1. You tell us about yourself and your trip

2. We take a first pass at looks and send you a document for feedback on your lookbook

3. You “keep” or “change” items in the lookbook and provide notes about what you like and do not like

4. We send a revised lookbook (number of revision cycles vary depending on the package you purchased)

5. You purchase and pack the looks you love!

Each package comes with an Initial Lookbook tailored to you and your trip based on the inputs you give us. The team works directly with you via email and a revision document to tweak the lookbook. A Final Lookbook is provided after you and the team have completed your revision cycle(s).

• “Quick Trip” package includes up to one round of revisions

• “Mid-Length Stay” package includes up to two rounds of revisions

• “I’m Never Coming Home” package includes up to three rounds of revisions

Well Planned is unable to offer refunds. Any and all payments made to Well Planned are nonrefundable.

• You can expect your Initial Lookbook within three business days after you purchase a package and submit the “Start My Trip” input wizard.

• If you are requesting revisions, each revision will be provided within three business days after the revision request is sent.

• Final lookbooks will be sent within three business days of the final revision request being sent.

Number of revision requests is determined by the package you purchased.
